Groups

Periodically, throughout the year, I offer non-therapeutic mindfulness based programming. This includes anything from weekly mindfulness meditation groups, to specific courses in stress reduction or mindful communication. Any current programming, along with fees and registration information, will be listed below. If you do not see what you’re looking for, or if you have questions about programming, feel free to reach out to me directly.
